Another exciting night of hockey playoffs. A few teams are pulling away and are closing in on clinching the series while others are tied up once again. At the end of the night, a few things felt all too familiar. Whether it was the score of the game or the player that saved the day or a situation that resembles a matchup that took place back in 2000, it certainly brought up some good hockey memories no matter when it took place. Another night of close hockey games as two required overtime to determine the winner and none of the games had a goal differential greater than 2. It was a night of solid goaltending from two of the winners. Most of the teams that lost their last game managed to claw back yesterday night. The empty net goal also made a few appearances. There was also a high-scoring overtime game between the Avalanche and the Sharks to cap off the third night of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
