Man Lab Showdown: Anna Kendrick vs. Aimee Teegarden

Normally, I like to think that my choices for eye candy on the Sunday Link-Off are superior to Jackie’s choices for the Entertainment Link-Off. This past weekend, however, it was too close to call if you ask me. So I’ve decided to open up the Man Lab to determine who is the better looking young, up-and-coming Hollywood starlet featured on the blog this weekend. In one corner is Anna Kendrick, a brunette who shot to fame co-starring with George Clooney in Up in the Air and by appearing in Twilight so she clearly has some comedic chops. Aimee Teegarden clearly prefers teen-oriented material with appearances in teen angst dramas such as Friday Night Lights and Gossip Girl.

After the now traditional three-week spring break, the stars of the Formula One World Championship are ready to kick-off the European portion of the season with the Turkish Grand Prix. So far this season, one driver has dominated the World Drivers’ Championship but he saw a new contender to his crown rise up in China thanks to tire strategy. Worst of Music: Katy Perry – Friday

I don’t like using live concert covers as the Worst of Music award winner but this time an exception has been earned. I’ve previously named Rebecca Black’s Friday as the Worst of Music. I even suggested that it could go down as one of the worst songs of 2011. Then I heard Katy Perry’s cover of Friday. President Obama & Seth Meyers: A Comedy Dream Team

When you think of US President Barack Obama and SNL head writer Seth Meyers, you don’t exactly think of two heavyweights of comedy. But the pair showed they have some serious comedic chops on Saturday night at the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner. What is usually a fairly informal affair was even more so as Obama and Meyers made great jokes at the expense of Donald Trump, the Republicans, the media and more.
