A poor gambling week for yours truly who, although killing it in my picks last week, managed to lose an improbable sixth team teaser (I’m a sucker I know) because the Chargers couldn’t cover a minus 7 spread. Really San Diego? Just when I get on the bandwagon and the Raiders finally looked like they were dead team that they were supposed to be, they come out and put the beat down on a statistically impressive Chargers team. The marquee match-up this week has to the Patriots at Bears but there are two games with bigger implications and may be more interesting to watch; Raiders at Jaguars and Chiefs at Chargers. Other than that there aren’t too many games really worth tuning into unless you have money on the line. And that is why the NFL is far more popular than any other major sport because gambling is so easy and rampant. So let’s get started on making some money this week.
