It seems that the internet has been looking for the next Rebecca Black. While there are dozens of wanna-be YouTube artists who can’t sing but post crappy webcam videos of themselves, it takes that special someone to get a professional recording studio to produce a song and music video for them. And that brings us to this week’s Worst of Music winner. It’s a Norwegian housewife that you’ve never heard of before and you’ll never hear from again with a song called I Don’t Wanna Be A Crappy Housewife.

I guess that Tonje doesn’t want to be a crappy housewife is the point of the song. Unfortunately for us, she’s a crappy singer and decided to share that talent with the rest of us. Anyway, the lyrics are at best repetitive and confusing and nonsensical at worst. For example, she wants to be young so she’ll go to Norway’s douchiest and emptiest disco club. And to give this one the full Rebecca Black treatment, it even has a crappy rap verse… Except this is by a younger white guy instead of older black dude. Yeah, the less said about this one, the better.

So congrats, Tonje. You’ve won the prestigious Worst of Music award for this week.
