There was a surprise in this week’s Billboard Hot 100. The #9 song wasn’t a hip-hop or dance track. It was actually a country song. But this isn’t just a regular country song. It’s the nearly impossible to comprehend hybrid of twangy southern country and rap. I never thought it would happen but it has and it definitely shouldn’t have.
