Have you ever been interested in prime sewer real estate? Okay, I haven’t either. But if  you’re a turtle trained in the ancient art of the ninja, you might want somewhere underground to use as a headquarters when you fight crime. Sure, Master Splinter probably had squatters rights on his and the turtles’ abode but how much would it cost you to take it off their hands…Or whatever turtles have?
