The weeks of speculation have come to an end. Yesterday, everyone said that he was going to sign in Chicago. Earlier today, Vick was about to become a member of the Buffalo/Toronto Bills. Finally, reports have come out this evening that Michael Vick has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. The deal has been reported to be a one-year deal with a team option for a second year.
