For this week’s Worst of Music, I may be jumping the gun just a bit. Angelina, formerly of the inexplicable TV phenomenon Jersey Shore, had her new rap/hip-hop song leaked this week. A short sample had leaked early in the week with the whole thing hitting the interweb later on and we would have been better off it never saw the light of day.

Even if you are a huge fan of the show, you’d be hard-pressed to force yourself to listen to the whole thing. It’s a poorly flowing, uninspired and almost unintentionally humourous rap. Well, rap is operative. It sounds as though the computer helped Angelina get the rap beat down but it just makes the horrible lyrics that much more obvious. And you have to respect the self-delusion she has in calling the song “I’m Hot.” But even she thinks it sucks. TMZ quotes her as saying “I didn’t wanna release the song because truthfully I think the song needed a lot more work!! In blunt terms it sucked!!”

So congrats, Angelina. You’ve won the prestigious Worst of Music award for this week.
